2021 Saradise Feast, Kuching, Sarawak

Saradise Feast

Completed in the month of December 2020, the Saradise Edge is an F&B complex developed within the well-known Saradise BDC in Kuching, Sarawak. As soon as the complex received its Occupational Permit, the renovation works for Saradise Feast which is consisting of the ground floor of a shop lot as an air-conditioned dining cum gallery, common areas as semi-outdoor dining with multiple settings, and the storefront of the hawker stalls.

The concept developed from a colonial theme which was a unique part of the Sarawak heritage. However, the heritage of Sarawak doesn't stop at colonialism but Sarawak continues to evolve into a state with vibrant culture. So does the design of Saradise Feast. We took the Client's vision of "preserving the heritage and celebrating the future" by interlocking three main elements namely colonialism, local ethnicities and festival into an overall concept covering three main spaces, Sarawak House, Ruai and Food Street.
